This is a great opportunity for a payroll professional to step up and lead a team of four direct reports.
Duties include:
- Manage the end-to-end payroll process
- Provide leadership, guidance, and supervision to a team of payroll officers
- Strong ability to interpret and adhere to industry Enterprise Agreements, awards, and NES.
- Provide guidance and support to the team in resolving/reviewing complex payroll calculations and transactions such as bonuses, commissions, variable pay, and terminations.
- 6 years of end-to-end payroll experience
- 2 years in a management position
- Strong Award interpretation skills
- Good problem-solving skills
