P&C Advisor Learning Partners

Support the completion of the Learning Program of Work through Iteration and Strategic Partner management.

• Lead the ongoing maturity of our Learning Partner relationships
• Support iteration management of the Learning PoW

The RoleAs the P&C Advisor, Learning Partners you will be responsible for the sourcing and management of key vendors to fulfil workforce capability and needs in Learning. You will also act as the Iteration Manager for the Learning Program of Work to enable the planning and delivery of Learning initiatives.What you'll doReporting to the Manager, Learning & Frameworks, you will have a dual focus and responsibilities will include:Partner and Vendor Management

• Work with Learning team to procure appropriate vendors, partners and platforms aligned to the learning strategy.
• Build, maintain and leverage collaborative relationships with key partners and vendors.
• Develop the compelling business case for engaging a partner or vendor, including milestones and measures of success and facilitate RFI and RFP's in collaboration with key stakeholders.
• Negotiate value for Suncorp through leveraging Brand, scale and operational efficiencies.
• Design, implement and monitor success measures and reporting for partner/vendor performance.
• Develop the partner maturity roadmap and deliver measurable improvement in key dimensions.
• Ensure learning adheres to Suncorp supplier governance requirements.
• Contribute portfolio insight to risk profile for Learning and proactively monitor and manage partner/and vendor risks.
• Work collaboratively with relevant Systems governance owners in T&O and P&C to delivery suitable learning outcomes.
• Co-design and implement with interventions that support improved vendor and partner engagement practices.
• Develop pilots and support the roll out of vendor, partner and learning platform initiatives.
• Provide visibility of partner spend (forecast and actual) and KPI/SLA performance.
• Support iteration management, maintain sprint flow by removing blockers and bottlenecks, focusing on goals and communicating any potential risks and recommending solutions and resolving more complicated project issues.
• When required, facilitate agile rituals; planning, showcases, retros, daily stand-ups.
• Develop, prioritise and implement continuous process improvements.
• Cultivate and encourage a culture of agility and openness and implements agile best practice.

What you'll bringTo be successful in this role, you will have an understanding Agile methodologies and bring an execution mindset to the team. You will also demonstrate:

• Tertiary qualifications in Learning, Education, Organisational Development, HR or Procurement - Desired
• Demonstrated partner and vendor management experience
• Proven experience and knowledge of Agile frameworks as acquired through practical experience
• Previous Learning experience - Desired
