In this multifaceted role, your mission is to orchestrate the seamless delivery of HR services within People Connect, encompassing support for both intricate "tier 2" HR Enquiries, the information-rich "tier 0" intranet, and external workforce queries. You'll be the catalyst for turning strategic visions into operational realities, driving continuous improvement, and fostering a culture of innovation. Your role also involves mentoring and nurturing skill development, elevating our partners' capabilities, and promoting cross-skilling within our dynamic team.

What you’ll do

• Facilitate HR services alignment with the People Culture & Advocacy (PCA) delivery model, supporting complex "Tier 2" complex queries, "Tier 0" intranet queries, and external worker database queries
• Collaborate with partners to maintain efficient “Tier 1” HR service delivery and operations delivery to Tier 1 and serve as escalation support for relevant people processes
• Contribute to impact assessments and delivery of prioritized PC&A strategic initiatives and priorities
• Proactively engage in risk and incident management, including audits, root cause analysis, and compliance management
• Identify and implement opportunities for streamlining and improving standard operating procedures, processes, and templates, while also supporting brilliant customer experience across the service delivery model

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor level degree in Business, Human Resources or other relevant foundational discipline (desired)
• 2+ years’ experience in HR/client facing operations
• Strong process knowledge and continuous improvement mindset
• Complex problem solving / design thinking
• Operational risk management
