In this dynamic role, you'll be the cornerstone of our P&C system operations, offering comprehensive support, training, and expert guidance every step of the way. As a P&C System Analyst, you'll be at the forefront of interaction with stakeholders, gathering, analyzing, and communicating requirements to drive enhancements in our business processes linked to P&C systems.
You'll champion system changes, uphold essential tools, refine processes, and conduct rigorous audits to ensure that both business needs and compliance standards are not just met, but exceeded.
What you'll do
- Act as relevant subject matter expert to our internal and external business partners in shaping and designing solutions that are future proof to support relevant system and process changes/enhancements
- Work in collaboration with our business and outsourced partners to maintain compliant and efficient P&C system solutions
- Identify opportunities to streamline and simplify existing solutions, processes, and procedures
- Assist in all cyclical activities for P&C which have a P&C System component from coordination, planning, implementation, support, and quality perspective
- Manage key stakeholders to ensure the delivery of projects aligned to the evolving needs of P&C and the business
- Build, enhance, and maintain quality relationships with all internal and external customers
What you'll bring
- 3+ years' experience in a Technical/System Analyst role in HR platform (Mandatory)
- Demonstrated experience in a technical support or Systems Analyst role, preferably in Oracle PeopleSoft or similar large ERP systems
- Ability to design and implement processes associated with HR technology
- Advanced problem-solving and reporting skills
- Superior systems management knowledge and advice skills
- Proactive, good communicator, and team player, who can form strong working relationships with project stakeholders
