About The Role:
The Office of the Deputy Director General has an enthusiastic and vibrant atmosphere, eager to welcome a new addition to the team.
You will provide direct administrative support to the Office of the Deputy Director General (ODDG) team and broader Advisory Services business.
A day in the life of the Executive Support Officer can be varied and dynamic:
- while there are typical and routine tasks such as general administrative duties, supporting meetings (organise meetings, prepare meeting agendas, compile meeting notes, and attend meetings to take minutes), or creating routine reports from spreadsheets;
- this role can be a flexible springboard that enables you to dabble in projects and tasks in areas you wish to gain more experience in. For example, you can learn more about human resources, financial budgeting, research, procurement, correspondence with Minister’s Offices or even events management.
