People and Culture Advisor

This dynamic law firm are on the look out for an experienced People and Culture Advisor to join them on a permanent full time basis. Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screenings, interviews, and hiring decisions for legal and non-legal positions within the firm;
• Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, conducting orientation programs, and organising training sessions to ensure employees are equipped with necessary skills and knowledge;
• Handle employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary matters in compliance with company policies and employment laws. Acting as a mediator in resolving conflicts when necessary;
• Develop initiatives to enhance employee engagement, morale, and a positive workplace culture; and
• Organising events and activities to foster team building and a supportive work environment.

ABOUT YOU
The successful candidate will have proven experience in a People & Culture position, ideally within legal. You will also have:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
• A high level of attention to detail;
• Show initiative and have the ability to confidently multitask and prioritise;
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team; and
• Have a genuine passion for the running of the company.
