About the Role
An exciting opportunity for an experienced People and Culture Advisor to provide HR generalist support to our team across Australia. You will be partnering and working collaboratively with our Managers and Staff to maximise our people performance across the business.
Your role will be to support our Managers to achieve operational and strategic outcomes by providing hands on advice and initiatives to ensure our people performance is at the best and to embed our values and maintaining a positive workplace culture. You will be responsible for the entire employee life cycle for a given portfolio which include but not limited to; Recruitment, Employee Relations, Workers’ Compensation, Enterprise Agreement negotiation, and some HR projects.
Who we are looking for:
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Industrial Relations - (advantageous but not essential) or equivalent experience.
- Experience in a generalist People and Culture / Human Resources role.
- Exceptional people skills, verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly developed interpersonal and stakeholder management/engagement skills.
- Knowledge of Industrial Relations, such as Fair Work is advantageous.
- Excellent customer service focused skills.
- Team orientated.
- This role requires interstate travel as required.
