We have an exciting permanent, full-time opportunity for a People and Culture Officer to join our People and Culture team based in Perth.
Reporting to the Senior People & Culture Business Partner, you will be responsible for supporting new and existing team members throughout the employee life cycle, providing day-to-day HR support, ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies, and actively contributing to the creation of a positive working experience for all team members.
Our ideal candidate will have:
- Tertiary or any other relevant qualifications in Human Resources Management.
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role including contract management, onboarding and offboarding.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Understanding and/or awareness of Fair Work Modern Awards.
- Experience of employee life cycle management.
- High attention to detail and a solutions-focussed approach.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence at all levels of the organisation.
- Ability to adapt and deal with change, and take on new responsibilities and opportunities as they arise; and
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
