As a member of the People and Learning Team, the People and Learning Officer is integral in sustaining the organisation as a key resource for People and the community. You will support the delivery of a full range of HR services to the business.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide HR advice and support to members of the leadership team in relation to processes and policies
- Perform end-to-end HR support services including recruitment, employee changes and entitlements as well as learning and development
- Ensure accuracy in upkeep of employee records, manage and maintain the HRIS whilst maintaining privacy and confidentiality
- Review policies, procedures, and associated documentation to ensure HR Compliance as well as organisational requirements
- Assist Team Leaders in administrative, practice and quality requirements in relation to inhouse systems
- Deliver project support to the leadership team, partaking in reporting and data analysis duties
- Uphold a high level of professionalism, sensitivity, and responsiveness when consulting with both internal and external stakeholders
- You have a positive attitude, flexible, adaptive, and proactive, and can work autonomously within program guidelines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to communicate at all levels within the business and with external stakeholders
- The ability to work a part of a team is a must, as this is an extremely collaborative environment, engaging with lots of People and personalities
- Strong administrative skills including demonstrated expertise in the use of HRIS
