More about the opportunityReporting to the Managing Director, we are looking for a People and Culture Advisor to take ownership of an exciting standalone role in the HR function. You will be exposed to all facets of HR with no two days being the same. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of the HR function with the support of an experienced HR team at Servco.
- Managing end to end recruitment
- Inducting and onboarding new employees
- Coordinating performance management
- Coordinating employee grievances
- Coordinating the return-to-work process for injured workers
- Interpreting and ensuring compliance with the industry award
- Providing general advice to managers
- Coordinating employee engagement activities and benefits such as the health and wellbeing program
- Creating and publishing the staff newsletter
- Owning the HRIS system and liaising with the systems team for support

- A valid NSW drivers licence as you will be working across three sites
- Experience using Workday or a similar HRIS will be held in high regard
