The Opportunity:
We currently have an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated and capable People and Culture Business Partner to join our People and Culture team with Kuisine located in Auburn NSW. Reporting to Chief People Officer the role of People & Culture Business Partner is to provide production savvy, employee relations and human resources advice and services to the staff and leadership of the Auburn site, operations and call centre team.
The scope of the role includes, but is not limited to:
- Partner with site leaders along with other key stakeholders to deliver business outcomes.
- Execute P&C plans to support production.
- Serve as a link between management and employees by handling queries, interpreting and administering contracts and helping resolve work-related issues.
- Provide operational HR advice on the interpretation of HR policies and procedures, employment legislation, recruitment strategies, performance and managing change processes.
- Lead, or contribute to, key organisational development, People & Culture and change projects.
- Support Leaders in talent acquisition and retention strategies and processes.
- Actively promote cultural change and support new ways of working and continuous improvement within P&C to provide a high quality, professional, consistent, and cohesive HR service.
- Manage and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conduct effective, thorough and objective investigations.
- Take opportunities to build shared understanding and ownership of the organisation’s vision, values, strategies, plans and desired culture.
The successful candidate will have:
- Tertiary qualified in Human Resources or related discipline.
- 3 + years of experience as a HR practitioner, preferably in an operational /manufacturing / FMCG environment.
- FMCG background desirable (not essential).
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft suite and HRIS systems.
