The opportunity:
Due to ongoing growth across our Industrial team, we have a newly created opportunity for a People & Culture Coordinator, working to support the GM of People & Culture and People & Culture Managers.
Based in our brand new, state of the art offices in the SalesForce Tower, Sydney CBD, this role is a highly visible position and will be an integral part in ensuring the smooth and efficient operations across People & Culture and the wider business.
Flexibility is a core part of our award-winning culture, and this position offers a hybrid working model with a mix of office-based work as well as work from home.
Responsibilities include the following:
- Providing administrative support to the P&C team including scheduling meetings and preparing documents, contracts and employee letters
- Coordinating and implementing Culture Programs and initiatives
- Processing professional membership and education reimbursements
- Managing Employee Service Awards and recognitions
- Assisting the recruitment process and supporting Hiring Managers
- Facilitating the onboarding process for new hires and coordinating probation reviews
- Managing employees queries in relation to employee benefits and policies
- Assisting with employee relations matters
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have the following skills / experiences:
- Demonstrated experience in a HR/P&C Assistant role
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise multiple tasks
- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation
- Knowledge of HR policies and practices
- Stakeholder management and influencing skills
- MS Suite and HRIS experience
- High level of confidentiality, curiosity and desire to learn
