Due to continued growth of our business, we have an exciting new opportunity for a People & Culture Coordinator to join our collaborative People & Culture team!
You will be responsible for supporting the Senior P&C Manager and the broader team in various people operations and related activities. This position entails performing accurate, efficient, and high-level HR administrative duties, as well as coordinating HR activities throughout the full employee life cycle across the entire company, while focusing on contributing to Allied Credit's employee growth and journey.
Responsibilities
- Provide first level advice to employee enquiries regarding leave enquiries, policies and procedures and escalate more complex issues.
- Accountable for the end-to-end administration maintenance of the HRIS systems (Employment Hero).
- Employee onboarding/ offboarding, pre-employment checks and changes to employment terms and conditions.
- Running cyclical/ monthly/ weekly HR reports.
- Work with broader P&C team to support cyclical HR review processes, including probation, annual remuneration reviews and Performance Improvement Plans.
- Assist in rolling out employee policies and/or guidelines and other employee benefits that contribute to the Company’s Employee Value Proposition (EVP).
- Support hiring managers and P&C team with recruitment related activities.
- Support the broader PAC team across ad hoc people projects from time to time.
- Ideally tertiary qualifications in HR or a related discipline.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite: notably, Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills with proven experience in analysing data.
- At least a few years’ experience in a HR Administration/ Coordination role, ideally within a larger organisation or within a shared services function.
- Strong customer/ client service and self-starter attitude.
- High attention to detail, solid time management and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to build, develop and positively influence internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
