About the role
In this role, you will:
- Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work culture and enhance employee satisfaction.
- Assist in employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, performance improvement and disciplinary actions.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and firm policies.
- Assist in the performance development process, providing guidance on goal-setting and supporting career planning discussions.
- Compile relevant and engaging content for monthly staff meetings to keep employees informed, motivated and connected.
- Act as a trusted advisor to partners and managers, providing guidance and support on a wide range of HR matters.
- Lead or participate in HR projects such as compensation and benefits reviews, recognition initiatives, and engagement surveys.
- Provide coaching and guidance to managers on people related matters.
- Address employee concerns and inquiries, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures and employee benefits.
About you
Successful candidates will possess the following skills, experience, and attributes:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a People & Culture Manager or in a similar HR role.
- Solid understanding of HR practices, employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
