About the role

In this role, you will:

  • Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work culture and enhance employee satisfaction.
  • Assist in employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, performance improvement and disciplinary actions.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and firm policies.
  • Assist in the performance development process, providing guidance on goal-setting and supporting career planning discussions.
  • Compile relevant and engaging content for monthly staff meetings to keep employees informed, motivated and connected.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to partners and managers, providing guidance and support on a wide range of HR matters.
  • Lead or participate in HR projects such as compensation and benefits reviews, recognition initiatives, and engagement surveys.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to managers on people related matters.
  • Address employee concerns and inquiries, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures and employee benefits.

About you

Successful candidates will possess the following skills, experience, and attributes: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a People & Culture Manager or in a similar HR role.
  • Solid understanding of HR practices, employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
