AddressWe are seeking an experienced People & Culture Officer to join our team. We aim to provide high-quality People & Culture programs and support to our operational business leaders.
About the role
Some of the main components of this role will include:
- End-to-end recruitment, including delivery of onboarding programs.
- Assisting with employee file management and document control.
- Assisting with employee benefit programs and training opportunities.
- Assisting to support and coach operational managers on people matters.
- General HR / People Services Administration.
Qualifications & experience
Ideally you will have:
- Bachelor level qualifications in relevant field.
- 3+years of experience in HR / People & Culture.
- Experience working in an industrial / blue collar environment.
