As our People Partner, you will partner with our business to focus on our people and leaders to build strategic capability. To be successful you will possess:
An understanding of the telecommunications industry is desirable.
3 + years’ experience as a P&C Business Partner or generalist with exposure and knowledge of a diverse range of P&C specialties including; industrial relations, performance management, succession planning and workforce planning.
Experience translating P&C programs into meaningful solutions for our clients.
Experience of leading and delivering complex, strategic projects across large or complex businesses.
Highly matured business partnership capabilities to advise, influence and empower leaders to lead and deliver.
Exceptional interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills, including advanced negotiation and influencing capabilities.
Highly motivated and passionate about providing excellent quality of service.
Ability to establish and maintain productive and professional relationships with people at all levels of the business.
Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
How will you support our “Why?”
You will play a key role in supporting our People & Culture agenda. Your responsibilities will include:
Partnering effectively with managers across our business as we move to a P&C consulting framework, getting to know your business areas to truly ‘Partner’ with leaders and provide industry leading People Partnering experience.
Proactively analyse and report on key People & Culture metrics, recommending strategies and evaluating impact.
Address employee grievances, conduct investigations, and ensure accurate case management.
Contributing to the development and implementation delivery of initiatives which strengthen Aussie’s culture (including in diversity, inclusion, wellness, and safety), and implementing People and Culture initiatives in your client groups.
Challenge and contribute to business decisions to optimise the workforce.
Partner with managers to meet business requirements around strategy, resourcing, capability, and performance.
Support leaders with workforce planning and contribute to talent management, succession planning, and workforce capability development.
Support the delivery of key People projects and plans in conjunction with the broader People and Culture team.
