As they continue to elevate the HR offering to this complex organisation, you will play an integral role in driving contemporary HR business partnering solutions.Working within the business partnering team you will report into a high performing and commercial leader who is committed to aligning the people strategy to the business strategy.This organisation is seeking a highly experienced HR Business Partner to ensure the effective delivery of both strategic and operational HR services across a key client group. You will partner with highly respected business leaders through counselling, advice and coaching to deliver the full generalist remit. You will be involved in a number of HR initiatives whilst managing and executing core HR programs across your client groups.This role is well suited to someone is a curious and passionate HR Business Partner who has excellent influencing skills and is a relationship-driven practitioner.You will be successful in this role if you can demonstrate:- Significant experience as a HR generalist in a commercial environment
- Experience working within complex, matrixed & contemporary environments
- Ability to build and leverage key relationships
- Ideally experience in partnering with commercially astute clients groups as well as experience within industrialised environments
- Strong experience withing change management, culture and engagement
- Confidence and well developed consulting and problem solving skills
- Highly developed senior stakeholder management skills
- Experience in managing typical HR cycles
