These are for an initial 12 month period with possible opportunities for extension. These roles will cover various facets of people and culture with opportunities for you to specialise in an area of your choice!
Within these roles you will cover a variety of the following tasks:Provide a professional, enhanced customer service, working closely with internal and external stakeholders across a range of communication modes
Provide sound advice to clients in regard to HR policies, procedures, legislation and awards.Provide specialised advise and knowledge to the People Services Processing Team to ensure information is accurate and in line with the Company policies and guidelines
Advise on a wide range of specialised internal and external enquiries, directing queries to appropriate HR Centre of Excellence (COE) members if required
Act as a trusted advisor for all Human Resource functions…
