Hastings Deering is seeking an experienced Remuneration Administrator (internally at our organisation known as a People Services Advisor) to join our team on a permanent full time basis. This position forms part of our wider People Services team and will be a point of contact for all things remuneration!
The key requirements of this position will involve:
- Assist with data analysis to ensure Hastings Deering compensation packages remain competitive.
- Provide remuneration advice to key stakeholders and hiring managers.
- Assist with benchmarking roles against industry standards and provide recommendations as appropriate.
- Analyse data and provide key insights to support remuneration decisions.
- Understand job analysis and job grading
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations regarding compensation practices.

About You
A successful teammate will have experience in:
- High level of customer service and strong communication skills
- Korn Ferry certification is desirable
- Relevant level of experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience with data analysis
