Hastings Deering is on the hunt for a People Services Advisor (Talent Administrator) to join our award-winning team in Acacia Ridge, Brisbane. This is a six month fixed term, Monday to Friday contract, with a high focus on supporting our internal recruitment in our operations area. Whilst this is initially a six month contract, there is possibilities for further extension within our people and culture team or wider Hastings Deering business.
The key requirements of this position will involve:
- Being the main point of contact for all inbound recruitment queries
- Provide a professional and enhanced candidate experience
- Provide specialised advice
- Phone screening candidates and filtering information through to the Talent Acquisition team

About You
A successful teammate will have experience in:
- High level of customer service
- Previous experience within a recruitment / talent position is desirable
- Understanding of the Hastings Deering business
- Ability to handle competing demands
- Fast learner
