About the role

With a focus on high quality customer service and compliance the People Services Officer cultivates positive working relationships with a diverse range of internal stakeholders and supports the Court by facilitating HR processes across the employment lifecycle with a particular focus on high volume end-to-end recruitment (external and internal).

  • Provide direct support and guidance to hiring managers and candidates throughout the end-to-end recruitment process (external and internal) and collaborate with other internal service providers in the provision of our service offering.
  • Manage the Trainee Court Registrar (TCR) recruitment program on a six-monthly rotating basis.
  • Fulfil basic and routine requests for HR related data and reports.
  • Ensure accuracy in all work completed including records/document management.

About you

  • Experience in a similar role.
