The Performance Consultant's role focus is to enhance the individual and team performance. The role is accountable for the enterprise approach to performance and leveraging the performance cycle to drive a culture of high-performance.
Working with the Director Strategy, Performance & Reporting this role will ensure that frameworks, planning, goal setting, check-ins, performance assessment, outcomes, and continuous engagement and communications are in place and effective across the organisation.
How you will make an impact
- Drive the annual people performance cycle.
- Identify and implement activities to uplift individual and team performance.
- Drive a self-service performance process for individuals and leaders.
- Build and maintain a performance framework, support materials and reporting.
- Monitor key culture metrics and insights to help shape a culture of high-performance.
- Own the Glint (employee engagement platform.)
- Bachelor's degree in human resource management, business or related disciplines required.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant human services experience in financial sector or similar professional services or corporate environments.
- Experience in writing papers.
To be successful in this role, you have an outstanding analytical and numeric skills with the ability to produce insights that drive strategic business decisions. You easily establish relationships of trust and influence with your business leaders and become a supportive colleague to the team.
