Sitting within the Group Strategy & Transformation division, your new team will be responsible for uplifting the change health of high priority programs, developing enterprise level insights and recommendations, and drive strategies to improve capability, maturity and ROI.
The Performance Manager, Enterprise Change you take human-centred data across big priority programs, and through data insights, create organisational actions that drive adoption and embedding.
Your role will be multifaceted, involving everything from ensuring our data tells a story that leads to actionable change insights, to leading enterprise-wide strategies that put recommendations into practice.

Role Type: Permanent, Full-Time (40 hours/week)
What will you bring?
We're looking for someone who's not just experienced in change management principles but is genuinely excited about turning data into narratives that drive action.
As part of Group Strategy & Transformation, you'll thrive in collaborative environments, possess a keen analytical mind, and are always on the pulse of industry developments.
Whether you've spent years in data management, analysis, or change management, what we're truly interested in is your ability to see beyond the numbers and understand the stories they tell.
As this role will be focused on influencing a large and complex organisation, you'll be an expert in influencing outcoming, working with senior stakeholders and presenting information in simple and easy-to-digest ways.
You'll be a creative thinker, bringing thought leadership and innovation to how large and complex organisations can drive successful change outcomes.
Ideally, you'll have qualifications in data sciences and have experience working across the program delivery and change management fields.
