You will support, coach and develop your team and liaise day to day with a number of industry clients. In this role, you will; Manage both individual and team performance and capability Develop a high performing and high-quality environment, with clear communication of expectations Liaise directly with the client for all request, queries and reporting Participate in the development and implementation of customer related strategies Identify gaps in systems and processes to ensure continuous improvement Deliver reporting as required What you’ll bring Insurance experience – motor and property claims/recoveries Team leader experience within a contact centre Knowledge of Contact Centre technology & systems
