Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Performance Manager at Hatched in Sydney.
As the Performance Manager, you will be responsible for the end to end delivery across your account, ensuring a high standard across digital briefs, WIPs, reporting and campaign performance across Paid Search, Paid Social and other retail media partners.
We are obsessed with delivering effectiveness across our performance media activity, so this role will require you to work closely with our SEO & Content team, and the rest of the Hatched Sydney team.
The role has the potential for direct reports as our performance team is quickly expanding, with a raft of new ambitious clients coming on board.
Qualifications
Experienced managing client budgets and sophisticated paid search and social campaigns
Strong project management skills with the ability to concurrently manage a team and individual task list
Strong experience across Google Ads & Bing Ads, Meta, Tik Tok and GA4 - SA360 will be beneficial, so too Amazon or other retail media experience.
Demonstrated ability to articulate media strategy into performance media solutions and responsibility for reaching performance targets
