WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING?

As a vital member of our team, you'll play a pivotal role in steering our Performance Marketing initiatives, taking charge of consultation, strategising, and reporting. Your responsibilities range from supporting quoting and sales pitch meetings to participating in consultations with existing clients. Your skill set is paramount for overseeing the continuous success of marketing performance for our clients, driving essential marketing KPIs in line with client business objectives.

Your role extends to leading crucial meetings at key milestones, such as WIP meetings, monthly meetings, quarterly reviews, and planning sessions. You'll be hands-on, implementing pixels and tracking for campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Tag Manager. Your solid understanding of website dynamics, launch processes, and SEO will be crucial in guiding clients on optimising their web presence.

Remaining ahead of the curve, you'll stay on top of trends in the marketing and digital space, ensuring our strategies are innovative and effective. Managing paid ad accounts on a partnership level, you'll establish and maintain relationships with platform-specific representatives. Your analytical prowess will shine as you create robust marketing reports using various platforms like Supermetrics and GA4, providing valuable insights to inform brand and marketing strategy.

YOU WILL NEED...

• 3+ years' experience within Paid Search and Paid Social specialised roles
• Proven expertise in leading consultation, strategising, and reporting for diverse Performance Marketing initiatives
• Demonstrated ability to support quoting, sales pitch meetings, and conduct effective consultations with existing clients
• Track record of successfully managing ongoing marketing performance for clients, achieving and exceeding key KPIs aligned with business objectives
• Experience in leading and facilitating meetings at critical milestones, including WIP, monthly, quarterly, and annual reviews and planning sessions
• Proficiency in implementing pixels and tracking for campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Tag Manager
• Solid understanding of website dynamics, launch processes, and SEO, with a history of guiding clients on effective web presence optimisation
• Keen awareness and staying power in keeping abreast of trends in marketing and the digital space to inform and execute innovative and effective strategies
• Proven ability to manage paid ad accounts on a partnership level, including establishing and maintaining relationships with platform-specific representatives
• Strong analytical skills with a track record of creating comprehensive marketing reports using platforms like Supermetrics and GA4, providing valuable insights to drive brand and marketing strategy
