While assisting in the management of Paid Search, Shopping, Retargeting and Social campaigns you will collaborate with our media agency to ensure that brand KPIs are achieved while hitting our ecommerce targets in a cost-efficient way.
Through close collaboration with our eCommerce team, you will be challenging ongoing performance based on data insights and look for new ways to increase the efficiency of our marketing activities.
About the Role
As part of the Performance Media Team, you will support the management of paid search, shopping and programmatic campaigns across the ANZ business, including all aspects of planning, budget management, platform implementation, optimisation and reporting.
You will contribute to the ambitious growth targets of the ANZ direct to consumer business, through delivering positive traffic and revenue growth.
There is a strong focus on training and development for this role, helping to build a robust and comprehensive set of digital media and e-commerce skills, allowing you to deliver positive outcomes across paid search and programmatic campaigns. To facilitate this, you will receive significant and on-going training and support including platform training for Google Ads, Analytics, SA360, DV360, GMC and more.
Main responsibilities include but not limited to:
Assist in building, monitoring and optimising paid search and shopping campaigns
Track campaign spend and revenue pacing to ensure monthly targets are met
Build weekly and monthly reports to share with key stakeholders
Work with relevant teams to update creative & messaging - ad copies, extensions & imagery
Assist in the development of feed driven media campaigns through Google & Bing
Audit campaign setup, monitor account performance and product feeds for errors
Source creative assets, work with relevant stakeholders for approval
Develop programmatic display campaigns using dynamic content
Build and optimise audience segments using 1st party data
About You
You are an ambitious and data-driven university graduate or paid media professional, early in their career and eager to learn. You have an analytical mindset, enjoy working with data and are looking to learn more about paid Performance Media and the e-commerce landscape.
Experience in digital media, either agency or client side, is advantageous but not a requirement.
