We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Learning & Development Consultant to join our team. This role is pivotal in fostering organizational growth and success through the design, implementation, and management of comprehensive Learning and Development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute technical, functional, and soft skills training programs.
- Customize content to suit diverse learner needs.
- Conduct thorough learning needs analyses, including external market research when necessary.
- Project manage learning initiatives in adherence to internal policies and instructional design methodologies.
- Ensure tailored service delivery to meet the unique requirements of different business units.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Effective stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience in training needs analysis for both individuals and organizations.
- Expertise in training design and Development.
- Proficient in training facilitation across various audiences.
- Proficient in project and content management.
- E-Learning authoring experience will be highly regarded.
- Minimum of 3 years of training facilitation experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of learning design and Development experience.
- Experience in competency development and assessment - highly regarded
- Experience in assessment tool design and implementation - highly regarded
- Certificate IV in Training and Education (TAE) or equivalent.
