The primary purpose of this position is to provide support to Director and Financial Controller over a wide range of tasks.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Diary management including daily reminders for both work and personal life.
- Data entry/bookkeeping support across multiple entities if required.
- Liaise with Travel Agency responsible for travel arrangements for Director and family to ensure all flights are booked and entered into calendar.
- Organise adhoc travel bookings for airport transfers etc as required.
- Personal support to Director to ensure his time is maximised in the business including errands, organising trades for upkeep of property and follow up with suppliers for parts etc.
- Administrative support for Director and FC as directed.
- Any other duties for Director and Financial Controller as needed.
Necessary Skill Set
- Knowledge of Myob AccountRight Software and previous data entry bookkeeping skills desirable.
- Knowledge of Microsoft products including outlook, excel, word, etc.
- High level of confidentiality, communication and professionalism with discretion and integrity are key to being successful in this role.
- Resilience and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Efficient time management and organisational skills with a sense of urgency when task is critical.
- Some flexibility if urgent tasks are required outside of normal business hours.
- An approachable nature with a high standard of written and verbal communication skills.
- Pride in appearance and personal standards essential.
- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant desirable.
