About the role
We are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic a Permanent Part-Time Personal Assistant to provide professional administrative and executive support to the Director of Pharmacy across all elements of his roles within Northpharm Pharmacy Group.
The role will therefore involve personal assistance in the following areas;
- Diary management
- Project management
- General duties
The successful applicant will be supported by a team of enthusiastic, team players and will report directly to the Director of Pharmacy.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day schedule / diary of the Director including organising and scheduling meetings and events.
- Make travel and accommodation arrangements
- Act as the main point of contact for the director’s diary and inbox management in a professional and timely manner
- Coordinating meeting logistics including the preparation of papers and report documents (including editing and formatting)
- Providing secretarial support
- Effective communication and relationship building with internal and external stakeholders and customers at all levels
- Carry out projects for the Director and Personal Assistant duties as required
