We are a small to medium size business looking for a switched on EA or administrator who is looking at an EA role to supprt the CEO as well as the CFO . This is a pivotal role working closely with the executives across the organisation.
Key Role and responsibilities:
- Support the executives in the day to day running of the business
- Checking and responding to emails
- Event planning & coordination
- Taking calls and filtering these
- Ability to assist in invoicing and some accounts
- Assist with all administrative tasks
- Working on the expansion of the business
- Doing research work and making relevant enquiries for the new parts of the business
- Preparing reports
- Attending meetings with the executives
- Understanding and interpreting legislation
- Reviewing agreements with the CFO
This is a high performing team and we are looking for a switched on passionate and motivated team player who is looking for a long term opportunity to grow with the company and wants to learn the ins and outs of our business. Opportunity for development is there for someone who shows they are keen.
- Must have good computer skills
- Must have experience in a similar role
- Good communication skills
- Abilty to use MS office (word & excel)
- Some marketing experience would be valued
- Anyone with some construction or hospitality experience would be preferred
