Personal Assistant / Contractor Management

Personal Assistant/Contractor Management for a Security and Risk Management Company specialising in Family and Domestic Violence. 

Concentric Concepts is a unique security and risk management company that provides services to the Family and Domestic Violence sector including physical security upgrades and support through to mitigating technology facilitated abuse.

We are currently seeking a Personal/Administrative Assistant with the ability to manage contractors based in Brisbane to join our team.

The Position: This part-time position offers a total of 20 hours per week at this stage, however due to experiencing rapid growth, the hours may increase in the future. 

The successful candidate will be required to work from our officelocated in Murarrie QLD. 

Please note this is not a work from home position

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to our Managing Director.
• Maintain training register for contractors and staff 
• Assist with scheduling and organising appointments and meetings 
• Manage multiple contractors and trades across all areas of QLD 
• Effectively communicate to provide updates to domestic violence support services and Police when required
• Respond to emails and phone calls in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain accurate records and files related to client cases.
• Assist with other tasks as needed to support our mission of keeping family and domestic violence victim survivors safe.

Requirements:

• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Be able to research and understand the programs and initiatives within the Domestic and Family Violence sector 
• Demonstrated ability to make fast and accurate decisions in time critical situations 
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Empathy for victim survivors of domestic violence.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer applications.
• Must have ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
