Advance your career as a Personal Assistant supporting the Head of Mergers & Acquisitions and Head of Capital Solutions. Based in our Sydney head office, you will thrive being the key first line of contact, providing administrative support alongside high-level coordination.
About the role
This is a busy and diverse role that will see you engaging with a range of internal and external stakeholders at the senior level. Providing effective administrative support to multiple stakeholders, some of your responsibilities will include:
Diary and email management
Coordination of any related travel requirements
Preparing presentations, correspondence, agendas, minutes and reports as required
Assistance with on boarding and off boarding employees
Information management and retrieval from relevant systems, including managing files and records and maintenance of processes
Managing strong professional relationships with senior internal stakeholders and their assistants
Working autonomously and managing highly confidential information
Organising and coordinating events
About you
You are an experienced, confident Personal Assistant or Team Administrator, accustomed to providing administration and coordination in a senior management environment. You are a polished professional who is proactive and diplomatic in the way you work.
To be successful in the role you will have the following skills and experience:
Experience working in a mid to large, fast paced environment, subject to work pressures and competing deadlines
Exceptional stakeholder management skills
Strong attention to detail with outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Highly organised, strong sense of initiative, and a proactive approach
Expert with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Sharepoint)
Systems savvy you will have experience using internal workflow systems and platforms
