Personal Assistant - Legal

An exciting opportunity exists to join a leading commerciall law firm on a full time basis. This is an exciting opportunity for a forward thinking, commercially minded Legal Personal Assistant.

This is a role within a dynamic team providing support to 2 Partners with duties including diary and calendar management, email management, expenses, billing, drafting and other support related activities.

You will be corporately minded, confident and personable. You will enjoy working in a fast paced environment, and have a pitch in attitude in terms of "no job too big, no job too small". 

As a Legal Assistant you will be able to provide support across the following areas and more;

• Email and diary management
• Travel coordination 
• Document drafting
• Coordinating various meetings and events
• Monthly client reporting and billing

Who are you? 

• 2+ years experience as a Legal Assistant
• Great attitude, happy to pitch in to get the work done whatever it takes
• Able to build strong relationships quickly
