Personal Assistant Specialist Surgeon

We have an incredible opportunity for an enthusiastic, motivated and organised person to join our  team in a specialist surgical practice at Deakin.

• Additional two weeks leave for Christmas closedown

The position involves:

• General reception duties (running surgical clinics, making appointments, registering new patients, answering phone calls)
• Booking clinic appointments (familiarity with Genie or other medical software desirable)
• Invoicing and receipting patients
• Theatre bookings (organising theatre bookings, liaising with hospital staff and other specialists)
• Surgical fee estimates and billing
• Accurately managing patient files and records
• Daily banking reconciliation
• Debtor management
• Other administration duties as requested

This position is for 4 days a week
