We are seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to join our team.
About the role
On July 1st, Western Health assumed the role of primary healthcare provider for a women’s correctional facility, Dame Phyllis Frost Centre (DPFC). As the Personal Assistant you will be situated at Sunshine Hospital, and occasionally be called upon to work at multiple sites, including DPFC. The role holds significant importance in providing essential support to both the Director of Operations and the Operations Manager of our diverse custodial health team.
- Provide administrative support during transition and ongoing operations
- Maintain accurate hard copy and digital records for finances, business, meetings, and projects
- Manage diaries proactively and arrange workshops, and conferences
- Coordinate business activities, including room bookings, catering, and logistics
- Generate data reports and assist with system/process improvement initiatives.
About you
As a confident and determined professional you will provide high level administration and Personal Assistant support. You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills and you enjoy working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders. You will have the following:
- Previous experience in effective meeting agenda preparation and minute taking
- Highly developed organisational, time management and problem solving skills
- Ability to priortise tasks and work under minimal supervision
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office Suite programs.
