About the role
A permanent part-time role (0.6EFT) exists for a high-level administrative and executive support services professional to act as Personal Assistant to Medical staff within the Women and Children Program and contribute, as required, to the efficient operation of the Women & Children Program at Box Hill Hospital.

To be successful in this role you will possess:
- A high level of administrative experience
- Accurate and efficient computer skills
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, with sound communication, organisational and prioritisation skills
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and demonstrated commitment with a strong patient focus
- The ability to work as part of a diverse team
- Attention to detail and a demonstrated high level or accuracy
- Demonstrated ability to manage pressure within a changing environment
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
