YOUR NEW ROLE
As the VIP team leader HEADING up a common law Personal Injury practice (medical negligence, public liability, intentional torts) and leading/mentoring 8-10, reporting to the partners and GM, you will love the multi-dimensional challenge+ stimulation+ satisfaction of:
- Actively fighting to do justice for your plaintiff clients relating to med neg, public liability and/or intentional tort claims (autonomously managing some of your own files & clients);
- Train/mentor/lead/performance manage lawyers and support staff in your team; and
- Engage in business development/marketing activities to grow your practice with full support(mainly liaising with the firm’s sales/marketing staff).

WHO YOU ARE
We are interested in hearing from you if you:
- are a talented senior common law Personal Injurysolicitor with experience in at least 1 or more of: 1) medical negligence; 2) public liability; and/or 3) intentional torts;
- are a proven leader who has led others and grown a Personal Injury practice;
- are ambitious with a proactive entrepreneurial mind-set;
- have strong technical legal research/drafting +negotiation+ advocacy skills with high attention to detail;
