We are seeking a Project Support Officer (PFAS) to join our client to support all PFAS Project tasks and associated stakeholder matters, both strategic and tactical, affecting the operation of the PFAS project
About the role:
The role includes the following duties:
- Landholder Communications: coordination of property visits, collation and communication of material reports and results
- Second person out in the field to support Project Lead/ stakeholder manager for face-to-face discussions
- Record Management
- Management of program
- Management of tracking expenses
- Budget management – reconcile of monthly spend
- Raise purchase requisitions, work order and notificatios (SAP)
- Invoicing
- Data Capture and Reporting
- Sampling support out in field
- Travel management
As the successful candidate, you will possess the following:
- SAP knowledge is advantageous
- Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills.
- Flexible and adaptable and able to find ways of solving challenges.
- Attention to detail, conscientious and able to work self-reliantly with minimum supervision.
- Sound communication and presentation skills (verbal and written).
- Excellent Microsoft suite skills.
- Diploma in Business, Public Health or Environmental Science advantageous
