Queens Park Golf Course is an 18-hole golf course and driving range in Geelong, Victoria. Clublinks Management have been awarded the management rights to this outstanding golf facility and have commenced operations.

We are looking for a new team of “Happy Experts” to deliver an outstanding golf operations service, including golf programs and coaching to the golfers, guests and visitors.
About the roles:
The successful applicants for this position would preferably be a member of the PGA of Australia. A working with children’s check is required to execute this role (this can be obtained prior to commencement if need be) along with a First Aid Certificate.
Reporting to the Operations Coordinator, the successful applicant will have a passion for the game and offer exceptional customer services standards to members and guest.
There is some flexibility in the hours to be worked, with casual hours available within the ProShop optional. Coaching and clinics can be held outside of this but all coaching payments will be made through the ProShop.
Key responsibilities and skills required in this role include:
• Provide friendly and efficient service to members, guests and visitors.
• Work with the Operations Team in the management of the pro shop and retail space (optional)
• Delivery of coaching programs and individual lessons
• Assist in clubhouse operations and service delivery

Remuneration:
Rental and percentage of revenue options available.
- Sales bonuses for hardware sales can be negotiated.
Remuneration for golf operation hours will be discussed with the successful applicant.
