We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable Inventory & Asset Manager to join our friendly team! We are looking for someone who has previous experience carrying out Inventory & Asset Management works and is eager to take on this new and exciting opportunity.
The work varies from updating records with our inventory and asset management system, procurement of new assets and inventory as well as stock control.
The role:
- Supervising Storeperson
- Completing daily paperwork and liaising with administration staff
- Updating records with our inventory and asset management system
- Procurement of new assets and inventory
- Stock control
- Schedule serving and testing/calibration of assets
About you:
- Current QLD manual driver’s licence
- Construction White card
- Forklift Licence
- Past experience of planning day to day tasks for a small team
- Proven ability to work in a sometimes physically demanding environment
- Proven ability to work in a semi-autonomous environment working
- Ability to use both desktop and mobile devices such as tablets, iPads and laptops
- Flexible and available to work 40 hours per week
