Responsibilities:
As the Pharmaceutical Production Manager, you will:
- Lead and manage a team of laboratory technicians to ensure efficient and compliant Pharmaceutical Production processes
- Oversee the entire production lifecycle, from planning and scheduling to execution, quality control and release to dispatch
- Oversee training, validations and skill acquisition for all technicians
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Executives, R&D, Pharmacists, Quality Assurance, Dispatch and Regulatory Affairs, to drive successful project outcomes
- Develop and implement production strategies to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall productivity
- Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines, quality standards, and safety protocols
- Development and ongoing update and review of SOPs
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and accountability within the production team
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Pharmaceutical Production Manager or in a similar leadership role within the pharmaceutical or production based industry
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in pharmaceutical sciences, chemistry, or a related field is desirable
- Strong knowledge of Pharmaceutical Production processes, cGMP, and regulatory requirements
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to drive results, solve problems, and make informed decisions
