We are currently seeking an experienced Pharmacy Account Manager specialising in Wound Care. If you pride yourself on creative thinking, technical aptitude, and a customer-centric approach, we want to hear from you. Reporting to the National Sales Manager, you will promote our product range in key territories across NSW and the Greater Sydney region. Your primary focus will be on supporting existing Pharmacy customers while also cultivating new accounts. This includes engaging with General Practices, Nursing Homes, and Hospitals within the community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve agreed sales targets for the Medstock portfolio within the assigned territory.
- Promote our Wound Care product range in alignment with company strategy.
- Identify and manage a portfolio of nominated customers and key accounts to maximise sales.
- Develop and execute an effective call plan list based on the assigned territory.
- Identify, pursue, and secure new business and customers within the territory.
- Maintain accurate records within the CRM system.
What We're Looking For:
- Strong Pharmacy Account Management and relationship-building experience.
- Experience in multi-community channel sales and new business development.
- Proven sales track record, preferably within the Wound Care or First Aid category.
- Exceptional customer service skills and ability to manage a portfolio of key accounts.
- Proficiency in CRM and relevant sales systems.
- Ability to acquire and maintain in-depth product knowledge and understand the competitor landscape.
- Excellent communication skills and a drive for sales.
- Valid driver's license required.
Salary Package:
- A competitive remuneration package will be negotiated with the successful candidate to compliment skills and experience. OTE Package will include base, vehicle allowance and/or travel + super + commissions.
