Malvern Village Pharmacy has an opportunity for an experienced Pharmacy Assistant to join part time on Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays 9am to 6pm.
You will work alongside the Pharmacy owner, providing customer service and support to a loyal customer base.
As a Pharmacy Assistant you are required to provide optimal customer service in a friendly atmosphere, ensuring that your customers' needs are identified and met. You will promote the Pharmacy as a professional centre for advice, assistance, and information in the areas of health and well-being.
The Role & Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service and work with the team to assist in the delivery of pharmacy services
- Cash handling and POS processing
- Organising and maintaining the cleanliness of the pharmacy
- Stock replenishment
- Closely follow pharmacy policies and procedures
- General pharmacy duties and customer service as required
- Replenishing stock and maintaining inventory levels

To be successful in this role, you will have:
- 3 years minimum experience working in a pharmacy environment.
- Experience using POS.
- Passion about delivering exceptional customer service
- Be able to build on existing and create new customer relations
- Be interested in learning, professional development and upskilling on an ongoing basis
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- A positive ‘can do’ attitude & reliable
