UFS Healthcare is seeking an experienced Pharmacy Professional to join the team at the Ballan Pharmacy on a full-time basis.

The Role:
Working in collaboration with the Pharmacy Manager you will coordinate the retail store operations including customer service, inventory management, leading and motivating the team and driving continuous improvement within the pharmacy.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Maintain a high level of team morale whilst ensuring high standards in customer service and productivity are achieved.
- Lead the UFS vision, strategy, and values with the team and across the organisation.
- Provide an exceptional in store customer experience.
- Ensure day to day store operations and tasks are attended to in a timely manner.
- Monitor and control inventory levels and inventory management.
- Team Management including rostering, training and performance management.
- Support the Pharmacy Manager to coordinate the Quality Care Pharmacy Program.
Mandatory skills and experience include:
- Previous experience working in a Pharmacy Retail environment.
- Previous experience leading a team - desirable
- Completed S2/S3.
- IT Savvy.
- Demonstrated integrity, and commitment to the purpose and guiding principles of UFS.
