Remuneration

Unlock your earning potential with remuneration of up to $90,000 base salary, plus superannuation and an enticing commission structure. Remuneration is based on experience.

The Role

You will be required to undertake a clinical role, providing high quality patient care through Physiotherapy services for an allocated caseload. You will be responsible for assessment and management of patients with the aim of achieving improved patient outcomes. The caseload is predominantly Orthopaedic/Musculoskeletal, but may at times include Neurological, Cardio-Thoracic and Paediatric conditions. Support is available for areas of practice that may be unfamiliar to you. Exercise therapy is highly valued within this practice and is used in conjunction with hands-on therapy.

We have a large, well equipped gym/Pilates studio which will give you the opportunity to break up your clinical sessions throughout the week with physio run Pilates based exercise classes. Previous experience in Pilates is desirable but not mandatory. In-house training will be available to allow you to upskill in this area. 

About you

The successful applicant may be early career, or an experienced clinician.  Most importantly, they will be friendly, have excellent communication skills, and be a good team player who is passionate about private practice. We expect that our staff are driven in their pursuit for knowledge and development and always aspiring to achieve great clinical outcomes for our patients.

• Appropriate Degree or equivalent qualification and registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
• Personal Abilities/Aptitudes/Skills
•  Physiotherapy skills in the assessment and management of patients with a broad range of conditions, including hands-on assessment and manual therapy skills.
• Well developed and effective written and verbal communication skills with a proven ability to relate to people of various ages, cultures and backgrounds.
• Ability to work independently and as an effective team member.
• Ability to apply professional responsibility particularly with regard to:
• Confidentiality
• the appropriate delegation of duties to clinical support staff
• the patient/therapist relationship
• Sufficient physical strength, flexibility and endurance sufficient for the manual requirements of Physiotherapy practice.
• Ability to organise self, set priorities and manage time effectively.
