Physiotherapist – TELEHEALTH – 12 month Contract
The Telehealth Physiotherapist is responsible for answering client injury calls, accurately record incident data and providing appropriate health advice and treatment recommendations.
Your responsibilities will include:
Provide triage advice following DHS guidelines within Healthcalls, using clinical judgment and situational analysis.
Execute the triage and disposition workflow outlined in the module.
Carrying out telehealth physio appointments for injured workers to assist them in returning to work
Conduct onsite visits for job task review, training (including Manual Handling and stretching), etc.
Offer guidance and support through follow-up with employees.
Coordinate referrals for medical and allied health appointments across Australia.
As the point of escalation for investigating and following up cases for customers.
Ideally looking for someone who:
Demonstrates the ability to work independently.
Looking for a change from the face to face clinical setting
Holds qualifications as a Physiotherapist.
Enjoys managing and interacting with people.
Thrives in a fast-paced yet relaxed environment
