This may include, but is not limited to aged care residents, acute patients, transition care program participants and outpatient clients. The position will work collaboratively with other allied health professionals to ensure best possible client outcomes through the development of coordinated care plans. IDHS provides allied health services across the Loddon shire including at Boort District Health.About you
- Bachelor of Physiotherapy or equivalent
- Registration with AHPRA
- Experience working with clients/patients/consumers across all ages
- A well-developed knowledge of contemporary Physiotherapy theory, concepts and strategies
- Current Victorian drivers' licence
- Excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to teamwork and lifelong learning.
