Catholic Homes is seeking a casual Physiotherapist to join our Home Care team servicing the Midwest region. Locations include Geraldton, Dongara, Kalbarri, Morawa, Mt Magnet, Wiluna and Sandstone.
Our Home Care team builds lasting relationships with our clients so they may stay at home or get out into the community to do the things they enjoy.
The successful candidate with have the support from the Home Care team.
Key Responsibilities
- Assessments of Clients’ needs to maintain or improve levels of physical function
- Coordinates physiotherapy programs for clients and ongoing evaluation of those programs.
- Uses advanced clinical knowledge and skills to perform assessment of clients with more complex problems
- Provides appropriate supervision, direction and support to physiotherapy support staff and other personnel supporting the client.
To be successful in this role you will be/have
- Bachelor of Science Physiotherapy or equivalent
- 3 years’ experience working in a community based environment
- Australian C Class Drivers’ Licence
- Experience working in Aged Care (desirable)
