About You: Are you ready to don your cape and demonstrate:
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can demonstrate the following:
- Demonstrated clinical knowledge, skills and experience in Physiotherapy practice.
- Excellent communication skills with clients, service providers and co-workers at all level.
- Is a positive and active team member with a good work ethic.
- Knowledge of and a demonstrated commitment to quality processes and evidence based practices, identifying areas for improvement and contributing to these improvements, with an ability to apply established and evidence-based principles to routine Physiotherapy clinical services.
- Proactively manages own continuous learning and development.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Possession of a recognized qualification in Physiotherapy and current registration or eligibility for full registration as a Physiotherapist with the Physiotherapy Board of Australia - Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). Certified copies of relevant documentation are mandatory.
- A valid driver's license with appropriate endorsement for operating a motor vehicle is essential. Proof of this endorsement must be provided before commencing duties.
- Availability to work a non-cyclic roster across a 14-day fortnight, including weekends, and participation in after-hours on-call duties to ensure 24/7 clinical coverage.
- Compliance with vaccination requirements against specified vaccine-preventable diseases is mandatory and must be maintained throughout employment.
- Pre-employment screening, encompassing criminal history and discipline checks, will be conducted on recommended candidates.
